Indications & Usage

Allergic rhinitis: Reduces symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in patients aged 12 years and older, including sneezing, nasal itching, congestion, and eye irritation such as tearing and redness.
Chronic idiopathic urticaria: Alleviates itching and erythema in patients aged 12 years and older with chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Dosage & Administration

Food does not affect the bioavailability of desloratadine, so it can be taken regardless of meals.
Recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 years and older: 1 tablet once daily.
For patients with hepatic or renal impairment: The initial dose is 1 tablet once daily, taken every other day.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to loratadine, desloratadine, or any ingredient of the product.
