INDICATIONS

Wernicke’s encephalopathy and Korsakoff’s syndrome, alcoholic polyneuropathy, beriberi, and nutritional cardiovascular disorders in patients with chronic alcoholism.
Treatment of neuropathic conditions, such as sciatic neuralgia, cervicobrachial neuralgia, and pain associated with neurological disorders
Vitamin B complex deficiency.
 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

For intramuscular use only
Adults: 1 vial once daily for 3 weeks.
Wernicke’s encephalopathy: Initial dose: 2 vials. Neurological symptoms usually improve within 1–6 hours. Thereafter, 1–2 vials daily or on alternate days. Treatment course: 15–20 injections.
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients.

Malignant tumors.
