INDICATIONS

A neuroleptic medicine of the benzamide group.
Indicated for the treatment of certain forms of anxiety in adults and for the treatment of behavioral disorders in adults and children over 6 years of age.
 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Dosage
This medicine is intended for adults and children over 6 years of age.
The dose may vary and should be inpidualized for each patient. In all cases, the prescribing physician’s instructions must be strictly followed.
Method of administration: Oral use.
Duration of treatment: As directed by the physician.
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

This medicine is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to Sulpiride or any component of the product.
- Prolactin-dependent tumors (e.g., pituitary prolactinoma and breast cancer).
- Known or suspected pheochromocytoma.
- Concomitant use with:

• Dopamine agonists not indicated for Parkinson’s disease (e.g., Cabergoline and Quinagolide);
• Citalopram, escitalopram, hydroxyzine, domperidone and piperaquine.

- Acute porphyria.
