INDICATIONS

Long-term symptomatic treatment of chronic pain in:
• Osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease).
• Rheumatoid arthritis.
• Ankylosing spondylitis.
 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Oral administration:
• Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis: 15 mg/day. Depending on the therapeutic response, the dose may be reduced to 7.5 mg/day.
• Osteoarthritis: 7.5 mg/day. If necessary, the dose may be increased to 15 mg/day.
-  Patients at increased risk of adverse reactions: Treatment should be initiated at a dose of 7.5 mg/day.
-  Patients with severe renal impairment requiring hemodialysis: The dose should not exceed 7.5 mg/day.
- Children under 18 years of age: Safety and efficacy have not been established..
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
• Cross-sensitivity to aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
• Patients with a history of aspirin- or NSAID-induced asthma, nasal polyps, angioedema, or urticaria.
• Active peptic ulcer disease.
• Severe hepatic impairment.
• Severe renal impairment not requiring hemodialysis.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Children under 12 years of age.
