VOLUNTEERING FOR THE STRONGER CULTURE 
 
A strong culture grows when people come together to support their communities. Across the @STADA Group, colleagues continue to show how volunteering can create meaningful impact and strengthen the bonds that unite us. 
 
In STADA Bulgaria, employees have the opportunity to take one paid day off each year to engage in volunteer activities. 
 
30 colleagues in STADA Croatia joined a Volunteering Day to help renovate and paint the House for the Elderly in Peščenica, creating a warmer and more welcoming environment for its residents. 
 
Meanwhile, in the Netherlands, Centrafarm supports Villa Pardoes through both donations and hands-on volunteering, providing families of seriously ill children with a safe and comforting place to stay. 
 
By encouraging and supporting volunteering, #STADA strengthens communities while fostering a workplace culture built on compassion, solidarity, and responsibility. 🌱
