INDICATIONS

Relief of mild to moderate musculoskeletal pain such as neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, muscle strain of the arms or calves, neck stiffness, arthritis, rheumatism, bursitis, sprains, and tendinitis.
Relief of headache, dysmenorrhea, toothache, pain following tooth extraction, and minor surgical procedures.

Adults: Take 1 tablet every 6 hours as needed, or as directed by a physician.
Children: Not to be used in children under 12 years of age.
Elderly: Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration. Regular monitoring for adverse effects is recommended.
Patients with hepatic or renal impairment: Undesirable effects may be minimized by using the lowest effective dose.
Duration of use: Do not use for longer than 10 days unless directed by a physician.

Patients with hypersensitivity to acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or any of the excipients.

Acetaminophen

Patients with recurrent anemia or with cardiac, pulmonary, renal, or hepatic disease.
Patients with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency.

Ibuprofen

Patients with a history of hypersensitivity reactions (bronchospasm, asthma, angioedema, rhinitis, urticaria) related to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
Active peptic ulcer disease.
History of NSAID-associated peptic ulceration or gastrointestinal perforation, or recurrent ulceration.
Severe hepatic, renal, or cardiac impairment.
Patients receiving coumarin anticoagulant therapy.
Patients with congestive heart failure or collagen vascular disease.

Third trimester of pregnancy.
