INDICATIONS

Inflammation and pain of the oral mucosa and lips, including conditions with vesicles, gingivitis, and chapped lips due to cold exposure.
In denture wearers, the product is used for application to gums, palate, and irritated or sensitive mucosa.
Prevention and relief of local symptoms associated with teething (primary teeth or wisdom teeth) and during orthodontic procedures. 
 

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Dosage: 
Adult: 
Unless otherwise prescribed, for gingival inflammation: apply approximately 0.5 cm of gel from the tube three times daily to the inflamed and painful areas, gently massaging.
For denture-related symptoms: apply a pea-sized amount to the painful area.
Children: Use half the adult dose (approximately 1/4 cm, three times daily)
Infants: For relief of teething pain: apply 1/4 cm of gel from the tube. Do not use more than three times within 24 hours.
Method of administration: For topical use on the oral mucosa. Apply gently to inflamed areas.
Notice: When applied to the mucous membranes, Kamistad® Gel N should be used until symptoms have resolved.
High doses should not be used for prolonged periods without medical supervision.
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, other amide-type local anaesthetics, chamomile, or any of the excipients..
