TechOps | HSE Day 2025 – Healthier, Safer, Together

📅 Tuy Hoa, October 23, 2025

This year’s HSE Day (Health – Safety – Environment) at STADA Vietnam plant brought 280+ colleagues together – both online & offline – to talk about what truly matters: keeping ourselves, each other, and our workplace safe. It marked one of our most engaging HSE gatherings yet.

The event began a week earlier with a series of fun and interactive pre-activities – from the lively “Check-in with HSE” photo corner to a spirited Mini-game Challenge – setting the stage for a meaningful main event ahead.

When the program officially started, Dr. Dirk Holtkamp, Head of TechOps Vietnam, and Le Van Ninh, HSE Manager, shared updates on safety and environmental performance – including near-miss reports, sustainability KPIs, and the latest ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 audit results. They also shared valuable lessons learned from other @STADA Group manufacturing sites to further strengthen our local practices.

Adding an element of teamwork and excitement, colleagues took part in the “Waste Battle” and “Rule Painter” activities – creatively bringing to life the STADA Group’s 13 HSE Rules and reminding everyone that safety and sustainability start with small, daily actions.
The event concluded with a heartfelt workshop titled “Mental Health at HSE: Healthier, Safer, Together”, led by a #KyanHealth Coach joining us onsite for the first time. The session coincided perfectly with the second anniversary of the global Kyan Health Initiative, emphasizing that caring for mental well-being is just as important as protecting physical safety.

HSE Day 2025 wrapped up on a note of optimism – reminding all of us that safety and care are not just yearly themes, but part of how we work and grow together at #STADAGroup and STADA Pymepharco.
