Renewing Our Commitment Through Action
One of the first key actions this year was the renewal of the Healthcare Insurance Scheme 2025–2026, with broader coverage for both employees and their dependents. This updated scheme reflects our ongoing efforts to prioritize the welfare of our team and support them in both their professional and personal lives.
Reaching Every Team Member: The Healthcare Insurance Roadshow
In mid-July 2025, our Culture & People team organized a Healthcare Insurance Roadshow to help employees better understand the program updates. The series included in-person sessions at our Ho Chi Minh City office and two manufacturing sites in Tuy Hoa, alongside virtual sessions to ensure accessibility for all teams across the country.
This event series is not only informative, but also a meaningful reminder of how much we value employee health and well-being. As shown in our most recent Pulse Survey in May 2025, well-being undeniably remains one of the Top 5 most appreciated aspects of the workplace and a critical driver of engagement.
