The STADA NextGen Workforce is a 6-month hands-on development program within the Technical Operations (TechOps) function at our Tuy Hoa manufacturing site. It is designed for young talents who aspire to build their careers in a professional pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:

🔎 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Graduates from vocational schools, colleges or higher in Pharmacy, Biology, Electrical or related majors
  • Less than 2 years of experience
  • Candidates based in Central Vietnam (Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Hue, Da Nang) are preferred
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about healthcare
  • Able to commit to the full 6-month program
