The end of June was an exciting time for STADA Pymepharco as we welcomed leaders from
STADA Emerging Markets to Vietnam. Throughout the visit, colleagues, leaders and external partners came together through a series of engagements centred on collaboration and growth.
The week began with the Emerging Markets Town Hall on 23 June, chaired by Stéphane Jacqmin, EVP Emerging Markets (EM), and livestreamed from our HCMC office. Colleagues from across the region came together to hear business updates, align on priorities for the months ahead, and celebrate individuals whose contributions exemplify STADA's values through the Emerging Markets Value Awards. Stephane also emphasized the importance of collaboration, accountability and the entrepreneurial spirit of our people – all of which help bring #OneSTADA to life.

The visit also created an opportunity to engage with the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam) and the German Business Association (GBA) leadership on topics that extend beyond day-to-day business. The discussions reinforced the value of strong partnerships in shaping a supportive policy environment for healthcare, strengthening German–Vietnam business ties, and advancing meaningful dialogue that enables long-term investment and sustainable growth.

The visit concluded with the Vietnam Town Hall on 25 June, bringing together colleagues from our offices and production sites across Vietnam for an open conversation about our progress and priorities for the second half of 2026. With a renewed emphasis on dialogue rather than one-sided sharing, employees were encouraged to proactively ask questions, share perspectives and engage in an open Q&A with our General Manager Ankur Pandey.

Looking back, the most meaningful outcome was the opportunity to strengthen relationships across markets, functions and teams. As we build on the momentum from this visit, we're ready to embrace the opportunities ahead and continue our #LetsMAXSTADA journey together.
