📍October 7, 2025 | The “UNDERSTAND FUNGI – LIVE FREE FROM FUNGI” Symposium – Vol. 1 of STADA Academy 2025 – wrapped up in big success! 

Gathering close to 600 pharmacists & healthcare professionals (HCPs) nationwide across 03 simultaneous hubs – HCMC, Da Nang, and Can Tho – and livestreamed to participants online, the first module of our series of 07 Continuing Pharmaceutical Education (CPE) events focusing on Anti-Fungal treatment–  was a testimony of STADA Pymepharco’s mission of Caring for People’s Health as a Trusted Partner. The hybrid format of this scientific event demonstrated the  strong commitment of STADA Pymepharco to ensure that continuous learning drives better healthcare outcomes, while reinforcing our belief that knowledge is the first line of defense in protecting community health of Vietnam.

Featuring a strong lineup of leading national clinical pharmacy & dermatology experts – including associate professors and doctors from HCPA, HCMC University of Medicine &Pharmacy, and HCMC Dermatology Hospital, alongside experts at the Da Nang and Can Tho hubs – the symposium offered actionable insights on fungal infection management, corticosteroid safety issues, and patient adherence. The Practical Counseling Session further sparked active participation, featuring numerous questions and real-life clinical case discussions – showcasing Vietnam’s strong culture of continuous learning in healthcare.

💬 In his welcome remarks, Head of Public Affairs & Communications @Bui Hong Minh at STADA Pymepharco, highlighted: “Through the STADA Academy, we aim to empower healthcare professionals with up-to-date, practical expertise – enabling them to make well-informed decisions that enhance patient care, not only today but for the long term”.

🎙 Echoing this perspective, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Truong Van Tuan – Vice President of HCPA, noted: “This symposium not only enhances clinical understanding but also helps pharmacists better recognize, differentiate, and advise on effective antifungal treatments – an area often misunderstood or misused in daily practice”.
