📊  Pulse Survey – May 2026 | Vietnam Achieves Outstanding Engagement Results!

Our Pulse Survey, conducted twice a year, is one of our most important employee listening initiatives, giving every colleague the opportunity to share honest feedback on what's working well and where we can do better.

💬 This May, we achieved a 100% Participation Rate and an outstanding 93% Employee Engagement Score. Even more importantly, we received over 1,200 comments, each offering thoughtful and constructive insights into what matters most to our people.

This feedback helps us better understand our colleagues' experiences, perspectives and expectations. It has also enabled us to identify priority areas and begin implementing concrete actions to continuously enhance the employee experience and make @STADA Pymepharco an even better place to work.
