Our partnership with upGrad , a global online learning platform collaborating with leading universities worldwide, is one of those choices. The program is designed to make learning more accessible, more flexible, and more relevant to the reality of work – so our colleagues can continue developing themselves while balancing with their work responsibilities.

The first sharing session from #upGrad on April 24, 2026, hosted from our HCMC office and delivered in a hybrid format across our sites, marked an initial step in bringing this collaboration to life.

Closely aligned with the Grow Your Own Way #GYOW direction from STADA Group, this partnership reflects our ambition to foster a growth culture, where continuous learning is not an add-on, but part of how we support our colleagues every day. Through this collaboration, we aim to:
