🤝 ComOps x TechOps Offsite Meeting: Let's MAX STADA through strategic alignment
📍 Nha Trang, 16–17 July 2026 | Operational excellence begins with shared understanding across functions. That mindset was at the heart of the first joint ComOps & TechOps Leadership Offsite Meeting, bringing together the Vietnam STADA Pymepharco Executive Committee (VN SEC) and the Site Leadership Team (SLT).
Organized under the theme "Let's MAX STADA – Let's MAX Synergy”, @STADA Pymepharco brought cross-functional leaders together to strengthen how we lead, collaborate and execute as #OneSTADA. True synergy is created not by bringing functions into the same room, but by building the trust, understanding and shared accountability that continue long after the conversations have ended.
Rather than viewing challenges through the lens of individual functions, leaders focused on decision-making, aligning priorities and accelerating value creation across the organization. The workshop also aligned leaders on improving cross-functional ways of working, strengthening stakeholder communication and advancing company-wide Pulse Survey action plans to further enhance employee engagement. Ultimately, the offsite was not about stepping away from work, but about investing in the leadership capabilities that will help us work better together, adapt faster and create greater value for communities.
The programme also introduced Clifton Strengths, encouraging leaders to better understand their own strengths and those of their colleagues. By recognizing individual strengths and how they complement one another, teams are better equipped to build trust, communicate openly and unlock stronger collective performance.
