Celebrating Tết 2026 at STADA Pymepharco: Welcoming the Year of the Horse!
Tết is the most important and meaningful celebration in Vietnam – not just because it marks a new year, but because it brings people back to what matters: family, gratitude, and fresh beginnings.
At STADA Pymepharco, Tết Bính Ngọ 2026 was celebrated in ways that felt both traditional and very much “us” – thoughtful, connected, and grounded in the One STADA spirit.
Tết: A Season of Appreciation and Connection
In the weeks leading up to Tết, our offices and sites gradually took on the colors and warmth of Tết. But beyond decorations, what stood out most was the sense of appreciation.
Tết gifts were distributed to all employees – a small gesture, but one that carried a simple message: thank you. Thank you for the effort, the teamwork, and the perseverance shown throughout a demanding year.
Our Year-End Party and cross-functional gatherings offered moments to reconnect, celebrate progress, and simply enjoy being together outside of daily tasks. The participation of Group leadership at the Year-End Party 2025 added another meaningful layer – reminding us that even across markets and time zones, we are part of one united team.
Festive decorations brought traditional Tết elements into our workspace, creating a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. At the same time, teams across functions supported year-end greetings and engagement activities with partners and customers – reinforcing the relationships that matter beyond our walls.
These moments weren’t elaborate. They were genuine – a way to close one chapter with appreciation before opening another.

First Day Back: A Fresh StartIn Vietnam, the first working day after Tết carries its own symbolism. It’s believed to set the tone for the months ahead.
After the holiday, colleagues returned to the office with renewed positive energy and plenty of stories. Teams gathered briefly to reconnect, share greetings and set intentions for the new year ahead.
The General Manager shared lucky money (lì xì) with employees – a familiar and meaningful tradition wishing health and success. What made it special wasn’t the red envelopes themselves, but the smiles, the laughter, and the simple exchanges that came with them.
Rooted in Tradition, Moving Forward Together
Tết 2026 – Year of the Horse at STADA Pymepharco was not about grand gestures. It was about appreciation, connection, and starting the year on the right positive note.
As we enter the Year of the Horse, we do so with renewed focus – grounded in our local traditions, strengthened by collaboration, and committed to continuing our journey together in support of healthcare in Vietnam.
