Celebrate International Women's Day 2026 with #GivetoGain initiatives

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, STADA Pymepharco organized a series of activities in Vietnam that reflected the spirit of #GiveToGain – the idea that when people share their time, encouragement, and perspectives with one another, opportunities for growth and progress expand for everyone.

In the days leading up to 8 March, the Company’s Trade Union launched a Facebook writing contest, inviting colleagues to share stories and reflections about the women who inspire them in their families, at work, and in everyday life. The initiative created a meaningful space for appreciation and recognition, while celebrating the many roles women play in our lives and communities.

Across Vietnam, colleagues also joined the #GiveToGain photo challenge, part of a global campaign across the STADA Group. Through personal messages and shared moments, employees highlighted the importance of dialogue, support, and collaboration in building a positive workplace culture.

Ahead of International Women’s Day, colleagues at the Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office gathered for a small celebration over tea & light refreshments. The occasion offered a chance to pause, connect, and exchange well-wishes among colleagues.

At the Tuy Hoa site, colleagues gathered for a Talk Show on the role of women, organized by the Trade Union with the participation of more than 100 colleagues across functions. Many female colleagues also wore the traditional Vietnamese áo dài, showcasing the elegance of Vietnamese women in a modern workplace.

To mark the day, the Trade Union and the Company also prepared International Women’s Day tokens of appreciation for all employees, adding another thoughtful gesture to the celebration.

Moments like these remind us that a supportive workplace is often built through simple actions – listening, sharing perspectives, and recognizing one another.
