At STADA Group, self-care is more than just a buzzword – it shapes how we work and support each other every day. For International Self-care Day, we’re proud to share how our colleagues worldwide are building healthy habits into their workday:
💙 730 teams took part in our Step Challenge, collecting 2.1 billion steps together to promote healthy habits and the One STADA spirit.
💙 With the KYAN Health App and webinars, we empower our employees globally to start their mental health, mindfulness, and resilience journey.
💙 On STADA Appreciation Day, we shared over 100 gratitude messages – strengthening our sense of connection.
💙 This year, we put a special focus on sleep: Restful sleep is the foundation for personal growth and well-being. With our initiatives we empowered employees globally to implement healthy sleep habits in the long run.
For us, self-care isn’t a one-off event, but a lived part of our everyday culture.
