Ho Chi Minh City, August 10–11, 2025 |STADA Pymepharco’s Senior Executive Committee came together for the annual Offsite Meeting under the theme “One STADA, One Dream”. This two-day program was an opportunity for the leadership team to unite, strengthen collaboration, and align on the priorities that will shape our strategic agenda for 2026.
The program combined strategy with meaningful experiences, while providing a valuable opportunity for the team to recharge through diverse and engaging activities:
- Defining key priorities and drivers to build a high-performance team, capable of navigating daily operations and achieving business goals.
- Exploring “Must-win Battles” that will shape next year’s progress and success.
- Team-building activities and group discussions designed to enhance collaboration across and beyond the leadership team.
- A morning yoga session and an afternoon “Doctor Talk” on stress management, nurturing both physical health and mental resilience.
- A warm Gala Dinner to deepen connections and celebrate our shared journey.
The 2025 Offsite Meeting served as a powerful reminder: strategy sets the direction, but people bring it to life. By coming together, sharing the same vision, and supporting one another, even the most ambitious goals can become achievable. That is the true spirit of One STADA, One Dream!
