Tran Thi Thao Phuoc (Fiona) is an experienced marketing leader with a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for purpose-driven brand building. She joined STADA Pymepharco in May 2025 as Head of Marketing, where she is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, driving brand equity, and accelerating product portfolio growth across Vietnam. In this role, she leads an experienced marketing team and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure impactful product positioning, optimized go-to-market execution, and sustainable market presence across both the Generics and Consumer Healthcare (CHC) segments.

Prior to joining STADA Pymepharco, Fiona served as Marketing Director at United International Pharma (Unilabs), where she led strategic planning, brand development, multi-channel campaigns, and new product launches. At Abbott, she was Marketing Manager, overseeing brand positioning, lifecycle management, and market expansion. Her leadership helped both companies strengthen market engagement and expand portfolio visibility.

Outside of her corporate role, Fiona shows a strong commitment to community growth and support. She served as a volunteer community speaker for the Alzheimer Society of Prince Edward Island (Canada), contributing to public awareness and education efforts. Besides, Fiona is also the founder of The Thrive Hub – a community that supports youth in career development via many activities, especially nonprofit talkshow series like Skill Up, Connection Station, and more.

Fiona is trained both as a pharmacist and a business professional. She earned her degree in Pharmacy from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the HCMC University of Economics to strengthen her commercial acumen. Currently, she pursues a Doctor of Business Administration program at Golden Gate University of the USA.
