Tran Hoang Y Yen is a results-driven commercial leader with nearly 20 years of experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and nutrition sectors. In May 2025, she joined STADA Pymepharco as Commercial Head, where she leads the company’s nationwide sales and commercial operations. In this role, Yen is responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth, and strengthening customer partnerships across the company’s diverse portfolio.
Before joining STADA Pymepharco, Yen served as Country Director at Cargill Vietnam, where she successfully led business operations and cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-evolving market. She previously held senior leadership roles for 5 years at Sanofi Vietnam, including Head of Diabetes and Head of Sales for Ethical and Consumer Healthcare (CHC) channels, contributing significantly to commercial expansion and market access.
Earlier in her career, Yen built strong credentials in field force management and customer-focused marketing through key roles at Fonterra, Vinamilk, and Abbott. Her leadership is marked by a deep commitment to people development, operational excellence, and delivering sustainable commercial results.
Yen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Open University Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City.
