Philippe Gautron

General Manager/ CEO (Vietnam), STADA Pymepharco

As of November 1, 2024, Philippe Gautron assumed the role of General Manager STADA Pymepharco in Vietnam. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, he is responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy and empowering the local team to reach new heights.

With 26 years of impactful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong bond with Southeast Asia, Philippe brings outstanding leadership, strategic insight, and business acumen to STADA Pymepharco.

Philippe began his career at Fournier Pharma, where he held a range of senior roles including CFO, Medical Representative, and General Manager for Thailand and Romania. He later expanded his regional leadership as Country Manager Thailand & Southeast Asia Managing Director at EXELTIS – the branded pharmaceutical division of INSUD PHARMA (Spain).

Before joining STADA Pymepharco, Philippe served as Head of Southeast Asia Cluster and Head of Global Business Development at DKSH HealthCare for the Own Brands division. He successfully drove Rx and OTC business growth across 10 Asian markets, while spearheading licensing, M&A, and business development initiatives across the region.
