Nguyen Thuy Duong

Head of Procurement, STADA Pymepharco

Nguyen Thuy Duong joined STADA Pymepharco in November 2025 as Head of Procurement, where she leads the company’s procurement strategy and operations, driving efficiency, sustainability, and digital transformation across sourcing activities. 

With nearly 20 years of experience in multinational corporations, Duong brings strong expertise in procurement strategy, category management, supplier governance, and operational excellence across Southeast Asia. She has a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, optimizing costs, and enhancing procurement performance through digitalization and process innovation.

Prior to joining STADA Pymepharco, Duong spent nearly 18 years at Sanofi, most recently serving as MCO Procurement Head for Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. In this role, she was responsible for implementing regional sourcing strategies, managing supplier ecosystems, and leading procurement transformation programs, including ERP rollouts, automation initiatives, and sustainability-driven projects. She also led cross-country teams and played a key role in strengthening stakeholder partnerships across business units in the region.

Earlier in her career, Duong held roles in human resources at Sanofi and Nestlé, specializing in organizational development, talent management, and training, which has further strengthened her leadership and people management capabilities. 

Duong holds an MBA from Swiss UMEF (Switzerland), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and a Diploma in Marketing & Public Relations.
