Nguyen Thi Trinh

Head of Legal & Compliance, STADA Pymepharco

With nearly two decades of experience spanning auditing, legal advisory, and compliance, Nguyen Thi Trinh brings a multidisciplinary perspective and pragmatic approach to her role as Head of Legal & Compliance at STADA Pymepharco – a position she has held since May 2025. She is responsible for overseeing legal affairs, internal compliance, and corporate governance to ensure transparency, regulatory integrity, and ethical conduct across the company’s operations in Vietnam.

Before joining STADA Pymepharco, Trinh was Legal, Compliance, and Quality Director at Novo Nordisk Vietnam, where she concurrently served as Head of Legal and Compliance for the South East Europe and Middle East (SEEM) region. Her earlier career includes key legal and compliance roles at Fresenius Kabi and Phonak Vietnam, following her foundational experience in auditing at KPMG Vietnam.

Trinh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from Hanoi Open University. She also earned several internationally recognized professional certifications, including a Contract Management Certificate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law; ACCA – the UK-based Association of Chartered Certified Accountants credential for finance, accounting, and audit professionals; VACPA – Vietnam’s Certified Public Accountant license; and the Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (IARCP) awarded by the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals.
