Lam Thi Cam Le

Head of Commercial Supply Chain, STADA Pymepharco 

With a strong track record in both pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors, Lam Thi Cam Le brings over 25 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, strategic planning, warehouse and inventory control, and cross-functional operations. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered high-impact results, led diverse teams, and championed transformative supply chain initiatives across multiple industries.

Before joining STADA Pymepharco, Le held leadership roles at prominent multinational and regional organizations. She served as Supply Chain Vice President at TTC AgriS, where she oversaw large-scale operations and supply chain transformation. Prior to that, she was Indochina Supply Chain Head at Sanofi Vietnam, managing Indochina cluster supply chain functions. Her earlier experience includes four years as Demand & Supply Planning Director at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam, six years in Supply Chain Manager of CHC BU at Johnson & Johnson Vietnam and eleven years of diversified supply chain roles at Procter & Gamble Vietnam, where she led demand - supply planning and logistics operations and initiatives.

Le joined STADA Pymepharco in April 2025 as Head of Commercial Supply Chain. In this role, she leads the company’s nationwide supply chain operations, focusing on ensuring product availability, optimizing logistics, and improving commercial efficiency. Her strategic mindset and operational leadership are central to advancing STADA Pymepharco’s supply chain excellence and supporting the company’s long-term growth.

She holds the internationally recognized Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.
