Dolly Hoang joined STADA Pymepharco in April 2024 as Chief of Staff, where she works in close collaboration with the General Manager/CEO. In this role, she supports day-to-day operations, maintains regular interaction with the Vietnam leadership team, and liaises frequently with global leaders across STADA’s Emerging Markets region and headquarters in Germany.

Dolly plays a key role in driving selected strategic projects in direct partnership with the General Manager/ CEO and other senior leaders. She also coordinates a broad range of executive functions, including preparing high-level presentations, attending leadership meetings, and managing follow-ups on action items and deadlines.

Prior to joining STADA Pymepharco, Dolly was a management consultant at Roland Berger, a global strategy consulting firm headquartered in Germany. There, she contributed to numerous commercial and operational M&A due diligence and market expansion projects. She also held senior roles at YCP, an Asia-focused consulting firm, where she served as Project Manager and Head of the Executive Office, leading market feasibility and entry projects for healthcare clients. Dolly began her career as a Consultant at Health Technology Analysts in Sydney, where she specialized in budget impact modeling and literature reviews for government subsidy submissions of new pharmaceutical products.

She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne, a Master’s in International Health Management from Imperial College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology from King’s College London.
