Head of IT, STADA Pymepharco

Mr. Ho Tri Man officially joined STADA Pymepharco in July 2025 as Head of IT. He brings over 20 years of experience in business process management (BPM), digital transformation, and customer experience improvement by implementing advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.

He has a proven track record in successfully implementing enterprise-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and cloud-based solutions, increasing productivity by 50% through agile-led automation and eliminating operational silos.

Mr. Man previously held senior IT leadership roles at notable companies including Chief Innovation Officer at Hoa Sen Viet Group, IT Business Partner Director at Abbott, and IT Solution Director at Prudential.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Open University Ho Chi Minh City, a Bachelor's in English Literature from Nong Lam University, and a Diploma in Management from T&B Solutions (Australia). He also holds multiple international certifications in IT and leadership from IBM, Cisco, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), KFW DEG, and Compaq Technical Courses.

With extensive experience in digital transformation and scalable IT solutions, he is expected to make valuable contributions to the modernization of STADA Pymepharco’s technology infrastructure and effectively support its business and operational activities in Vietnam.
