Ho Thi Bach Quyen
Head of Culture & People, STADA Pymepharco
Ho Thi Bach Quyen is an accomplished human resources leader with nearly two decades of experience in building high-performing teams, leading talent strategy, and shaping corporate culture across the FMCG, healthcare, and retail sectors. She joined STADA Pymepharco in April 2024 as Head of Culture & People, where she leads the company’s HR strategy in Vietnam by driving talent development, organizational design, and cultural transformation in alignment with STADA’s purpose of “Caring for People’s Health as a Trusted Partner’.
Prior to STADA Pymepharco, Quyen served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pharmacity, one of Vietnam’s largest retail pharmacy chains, where she managed HR operations for a 5,000-employee organization spanning nearly 1,000 stores. In this role, she was responsible for optimizing workforce structure, addressing capability needs, and embedding corporate values into day-to-day operations to support the company’s growth vision.
Quyen previously spent over 15 years at PepsiCo, one of the leading companies in beverage and foods in Vietnam, in both local and regional roles, the two latest roles including Talent Acquisition Director for Asia and HR Director for PepsiCo Foods Vietnam. She successfully led strategic talent programs across eight Asia-Pacific countries, championed employer branding, and was recognized with multiple regional and global HR awards.
She holds an Executive MBA from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai‘i (USA). She is honored to join Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), an elite group of top 20% of masters students at the world's most prestigious, AACSB-accredited business schools.
Quyen has strong belief in pay-it-forward and has been leading Interview Round for AMCHAM Scholarship for over ten years.
