Chief Financial Officer (CFO), STADA Pymepharco

Dang Thi Thieu Hoa is a highly accomplished finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic controlling, and international accounting across multinational corporations. In May 2025, she joined STADA Pymepharco as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where she is responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy and overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions – including budgeting, financial reporting & planning, internal controls, treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable and financial controlling.

Prior to joining STADA Pymepharco, Hoa held various senior finance roles during her 12-year tenure at DKSH Vietnam, including Country Finance Manager and Finance Director for the Indochina region. She previously served as Finance Manager at AECOM Vietnam and built a solid foundation in auditing during her 5 years at PwC, where she held the latest position as Audit Manager.

Hoa holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole (France) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. She is a member of ICAEW (UK).
