STADA Pymepharco Quality Control (QC) Department, based in the STADA Vietnam manufacturing site, was established in 2019. While five years may brief for a department entrusted with the critical mission of quality management, it has been a remarkable journey of growth and pride for a team dedicated to upholding and enhancing product quality at STADA Pymepharco.
Starting with just 15 members in its early days, the QC Department has grown into a strong team of 42. Together, we have overcome numerous challenges, achieved important milestones, and earned the rewarding outcomes of our relentless dedication – reflected in several proud achievements:
1/ Successfully passed multiple international inspections, including WHO-GMP audits (2019, 2022) and EU-GMP audit (2022), affirming our professional capability and compliance on a global level.
2/ Transformation into a modern laboratory under the LeanLab program:
- Optimized chemical access, usage, and inventory processes.
- Applied the Kanban system to organize workspaces, tools, and documentation.
- Implemented OPL (One Point Lesson) to minimize testing errors.
- Significantly increased functional space and lab efficiency.
3/ Successfully executed product transfers from Europe, demonstrating our readiness for international collaboration.
4/ Marked improvement in sample testing efficiency year after year.
5/ Active participation in the Improvement Proposal Program, with numerous ideas submitted and awarded. These initiatives have brought substantial operational cost savings to the company.
6/ Benchmarking visits and knowledge exchange with other STADA Group’s manufacturing sites, including Hemopharm (Timisoara) and Hemopharm (Serbia) in 2023.
To achieve these milestones, we have advanced with a shared sense of discipline and motivation, uniting under one common direction. When every member aligns toward a shared vision, a resilient and cohesive team is formed – a foundation essential for sustainable success. What matters is not just how strongly we begin, but how consistently we persevere and how boldly we pursue growth. This is the ongoing journey of the QC team at STADA Pymepharco.
