I was born and raised in Phu Yen, a central coastal province of Vietnam, where I have been fortunate to work at and contribute right here in my hometown. The number 35 holds deep personal significance. To me. Personally, it represents a stage of maturity and valuable f life experience. For STADA Pymepharco, 35 marks a meaningful milestone – a long journey of growth, perseverance, and the collective success of an entire team over more than three decades.

I’ve had the privilege of accompanying STADA Pymepharco for 11 years, though there were a four-year break when I pursued further education. I first joined the company since 2008, working at NSO1 factory, which specializes in tablet production. As a freshly graduated at that time, it was a moment of immerse pride to begin my career in such a professional environment.

Reflecting on the manufacturing workplace, I understand the challenges that production workers – especially those who are married people or have young children – often face. Shift work is essential  to maintain production continuity and meets market demands on time, yet it can create make it difficult to balance family responsibilities and personal well-being.

In 2014, I decided to temporarily leave the STADA Pymepharco to pursue my academic goals. After four years of hard study, I returned to the company with a new role, working in  a completely different environment – the warehouse department, a vital part of the supply chain.

When I rejoined in a new role at this department, I had the opportunity to witness a significant change in the working process. During my early days back, I noticed the infrastructure at the warehouse was still outdated, and the handling of raw materials relied largely on manual labor. However, with strong support from the Vietnam Site Executive Committee and investment in modern equipment, we made significant improvements. These upgrades not only reduced the physical burden on staff, but enhanced efficiency and minimized occupational health risks. For me, it was a clear reflection of the company’s commitment to employee well-being and operational excellence.

Over the years, STADA Pymepharco has undergone significant changes, particularly in the adoption of new technologies across both production and business. operations What I appreciate even more is the growing focus on employee health – through mid-shift meals, insurance policies extended for family members, and recreational sports activities such as football and volleyball after work. These meaningful efforts and actions truly reflect STADA Pymepharco's purpose of "Caring for People's Health as a Trusted Partner".

Day by day, I witness each individual and each team in the company constantly changing and developing. With every improvement come new lessons. What stands out most is the unwavering spirit of innovation, collaboration, and the willingness to share knowledge – across generations and across departments.

Being part of the STADA Pymepharco family has allowed me not only to learn but also to contribute and grow, through sharing valuable experiences with my colleagues while learning from them. I am truly grateful for this journey at STADA Pymepharco and for all my colleagues who have always accompanied and supported me evert step of the way.
